2017 Winter in south east Queensland, I was driving our light truck down off the Bunya Mountains, glanced over and saw a lathe black, long cat in grass that was just above my knees (the grass and hence also the cat, no I am not a midget) and it was extremely long( well over a meter) All the hairs stood up on my arms and neck, the size, the boofiness if it’s head the sway of its back the length of its tail.... not a normal feral, and we usually shoot feral cats on our farm a few times a year. this thing, nah-ah not one of them.
I have seen that I am not the only one to see something similar in this area, just figured I would report in.....
And to think I was a bigger believer in Yowie than “big cats”
